Qualifications

• Experience leading annual giving programs and donor communications.
• Ability to analyze donor data and translate insights into engagement strategies.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for donor appeals and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual giving and donor relations program from gift processing to stewardship.
• Develop and implement donor strategies and annual giving campaigns.
• Coordinate with leadership across development, communications, events, and Stanford University Development.
• Prepare reports and metrics to measure donor engagement and giving performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to increase donor renewals, upgrades, and major gift potential.
