Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field.
Three years of professional marketing, communications, public relations, or related experience (internships may be considered).
Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Asana, and email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing and communications projects from concept through completion, managing multiple deadlines.
Develop, edit, and distribute newsletters, donor communications, email campaigns, brochures, event materials, and presentations.
Create and schedule content for Foundation social media platforms and assist with digital engagement initiatives.
Update Foundation website content and coordinate website revisions as needed.
Assist with planning, promotion, and execution of Foundation events and fundraising campaigns.
Coordinate production of printed materials with vendors, printers, photographers, and designers.
