Job summary

Hope Media Group, a multi-brand ministry, is seeking an experienced Donor Event Planner to design and execute donor engagement events that advance fundraising goals and mission impact. You will manage end-to-end event production, from concept to post-event analysis, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and brand standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and capable of delivering memorable experiences that inspire generosity and deepen donor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 10 years of related experience preferred.
• 7-10 years of event planning experience, preferably nonprofit fundraising/donor relations.
• Experience with executive leadership and high-capacity donors preferred.
• Must be bilingual - Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute donor appreciation events, galas, and fundraising activities.
• Develop event timelines, project plans, and production schedules.
• Coordinate venues, catering, AV, decor, and transportation.
• Manage registration, guest communications, and on-site check-in.
• Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Communications, and Operations teams.
• Track attendance, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
