Job summary

Providence is seeking a Donor Engagement Program Manager to execute strategic communications that drive donor retention and inspire giving across print, digital, and social channels. This hybrid role supports Providence Strategic and Management Services with donor-centered content and collaboration with design, photography, and videography teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of marketing/communications experience, with a preference for healthcare or nonprofit backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, or liberal arts.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing and communications experience.
• Experience in traditional and digital communications.
• Experience conducting interviews and crafting emotive human-interest stories.
• Experience developing print collateral, newsletters, advertising, media materials, video scripts and social content.
• Experience working with photographers and videographers.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to work with upper management and stakeholders.

The Donor Engagement Program Manager supports a family of divisional foundations by executing strategic communications that drive donor retention, inspire giving and strengthen relationships with local foundations. This role develops donor-centered content highlighting philanthropic opportunities, donor impact and local initiatives across print, digital, and social channels for both internal and external audiences.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or Liberal Arts, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of Relevant marketing and communications experience.
• Experience in traditional and digital communications.
• Experience conducting interviews and crafting emotive human-interest stories around a common theme.
• Experience developing print collateral in partnership with design team, as well as newsletters, advertising, media materials, video scripts and social content.
• Experience working with photographers and videographers.
• Project management software experience.
• Demonstrated experience and track record in working successfully with upper management and key stakeholders in a collaborative manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience working in health care, medical, academia.
• 3 years of experience working in nonprofit.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
