Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Central Florida Inc is seeking a Donation Attendant in Mandeville, LA. This full-time, high school student role supports donors, processes donations, and maintains a clean work environment while upholding the Goodwill mission.

The position requires flexible scheduling including days, nights and weekends, with emphasis on safe, courteous service and accurate donation receipts. Prior service industry experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interact cordially with a variety of people.
• Must be able to market Goodwill and explain the mission to the general public.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and bend/stretch as needed.

Responsibilities

• To project a positive image of Goodwill to all donors.
• To sort donated materials as instructed.
• To maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment and promote safe, courteous service to donors.
• To accept donations from the general public and issue a receipt for donations.
• To present a positive image of the Company through prompt, courteous service.
• To follow the safety policies of the Company as it pertains to the work area.
