Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist– We Train to join our plasma center team in Texas. You will learn and perform donor phlebotomy, set up automated plasmapheresis machines, and keep donors comfortable and confidential while delivering essential plasma-derived medicines.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule. An interest in helping others, and any required state licensures or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure happiness and confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions.
• Monitor donors and equipment to ensure health and product quality.
• Set up and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated equipment.
