Job summary

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader for Donor Acquisition in Penfield, NY. This role provides on-site operational support across multiple ADC locations, ensuring a positive donor experience and mission alignment.

You will train new hires, reinforce service expectations, and model Living Goodwill BLUE behaviors while assisting with donation pickups and community outreach. Flexibility to cover locations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; strong customer service background.
• Experience with Outlook and SharePoint is preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor new staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site operational support across ADC locations to ensure donor experience.
• Train new hires and model Goodwill BLUE behaviors.
• Assist with donation pickups and community outreach initiatives.
• Safely operate box truck for special pickups and site coverage.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily donation processing.
• Act as Leader on Duty and coordinate with site leadership as required.
