Goodwill Industries Of Northern New Engl is seeking a Production Specialist in Maine to support store operations by sorting and stocking donated goods, pricing merchandise, and keeping a clean, safe workplace. You will work under store management to meet production goals and provide excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have positive attitudes, basic math/literacy skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Mathematical and literacy skills to support job duties.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A criminal background check that meets agency standards.

Responsibilities

• Sorts, inspects, and stocks donated goods.
• Pricing merchandise using best practices and stocking to the sales floor plan.
• Meets minimum Units Per Hour (UPH) and production effectiveness expectations.
• Represents the Agency in interactions with Goodwill community and public.
• Maintains an accurate record of daily production completed during designated production times.
