Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking Donations Sorters/Pricers to be the friendly face for donors while processing donations and pricing merchandise. You will greet donors, unload donations, and provide receipts as part of delivering excellent service in a busy retail setting.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent and may have prior production experience. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and may include cross-training in cash handling and textile

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors and unloading donated goods.
• Providing friendly and informed customer service to donors, assisting with receipts.
• Maintaining a safe and neat work environment—taking pride in the efficiency of their area.
• Position may include cross-training in Cash Register, Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textile & clothing; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and 10–35 pounds regularly.
