Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a Donations Sorter/Pricer to be the friendly face for donors. You will lift incoming donations up to 50 lbs, price merchandise accurately, and support an efficient store operation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience in production or similar roles; you will greet donors, provide courteous receipts, and help maintain a safe, neat workspace while cross-training in cash

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors and unloading donated goods.
• Providing friendly and informed customer service to donors, assisting with receipts.
• Maintaining a safe and neat work environment and taking pride in the efficiency of their area.
• Cross-training may include cash register, hanging/inspecting/tagging textiles & clothing in a production style setting.
• Receiving may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.
