Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting donors, unloading donated goods, pricing merchandise, and potential cross-training on cash registers. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work varied store hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Production or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.
• Strong teamwork, customer service, and self-motivation skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors and unloading donated goods.
• Providing friendly and informed customer service to donors, assisting with receipts.
• Maintaining a safe and neat work environment and taking pride in the efficiency of your area.
• Evaluate merchandise and price it appropriately.
• May be cross‑trained on cash register operations, hanging, inspecting, tagging textiles and clothing in a production setting.
• Occasionally lift and carry donated items up to 50 lbs., generally lifting 10–35 lbs.
