Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee donation station attendants at the Ravenna Donation Station, ensuring adequate staffing and smooth operations. You will provide initial and ongoing training, coordinate with Transportation and Donations departments, and focus on maintaining morale while conducting periodic performance evaluations.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, scheduling, and ensuring safe, efficient handling of donated goods across sites.

Qualifications

• 2 years donations experience, including supervisory experience.
• Valid WA State driver’s license with good driving record.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise donation station attendants at single or multiple sites.
• Ensure proper staff levels at all ADC sites.
• Provide initial and on-going training and supervision for personnel.
• Coordinate with Transportation and Donations departments to ensure flow of donated goods.
• Maintain employee morale and conduct performance evaluations as needed.
