Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a part-time Donations Processor for our New Richmond, WI store location. You will receive donated goods, sort items, and support pricing staff to achieve daily production goals while delivering excellent donor service.

Responsibilities include following store policies, maintaining a welcoming customer experience, and contributing to a safe environment. The role fits a typical part-time schedule of up to 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives donated goods and provides excellent customer service to donors.
• Sorts donated items and delivers them to pricing staff to meet daily production goals.
• Follows store policies and procedures and executes directives in a timely manner.
• Creates a welcoming atmosphere with customers and staff.
• Contributes to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
