Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Donations Processor to receive donated goods and provide excellent donor service in a busy retail environment. You will help sort items, prepare them for pricing, and support daily production goals while upholding the organization's mission and values.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule, including days, evenings and weekends, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering a welcoming experience for customers and donors.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with supervisors, employees and customers.

• Willingness to be cross-trained and train new employees.

Responsibilities

• Receive donated goods and provide excellent donor service.
• Sort donated items and coordinate with pricing staff to meet daily goals.

• Support safety and adhere to store policies throughout the shift.
