Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota (GESMN) is seeking a Donations Processor to handle donated goods and provide friendly donor service in Minnesota. The role includes sorting donations and handing items to pricing staff to meet daily production goals, while promoting our mission and values.

You will help maintain a welcoming store atmosphere, support training and development, and contribute to safety for staff and customers.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to be cross-trained and train new employees.

Responsibilities

• Follows store policies and procedures and executes directives in a timely manner.
• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supports training and development for participants in achieving goals.
