Job summary

Goodwill Industries of San Diego County is seeking a dedicated team member to process, sort, and tag donated goods, greet donors, and provide excellent customer service at our North County Clearance Center locations. The role involves safe handling and accurate donation receipts.

You will assist with labeling items, packing, and coordinating with stores as part of the River system rollout, with potential forklift certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Processor experience preferred.
• Must be able to commute to multiple locations throughout the county.

Responsibilities

• Process, sort, and tag donated goods according to guidelines.
• Accept donations and provide excellent customer service to donors.
• Assist with labeling, packaging, and preparation of items for transport.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and donation processing tables.
• Safeguard donated goods and company property from damage or theft.
