Job summary

Goodwill Manasota is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our Bradenton store team. You will move goods through processing areas, donor doors, and the sales floor, and assist with unloading trucks using appropriate equipment while delivering friendly, helpful service to customers and donors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience moving larger, heavier items preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends if seeking full-time work.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient movement of goods in the processing area, donor door, and sales floor.
• Assist with unloading trucks with general merchandise and donated goods using appropriate equipment.
• Provide world-class customer service to all customers and donors.
• Categorize donations to maintain an organized workspace.
