Job summary

Goodwill Industries of southeastern Michigan is seeking a friendly Donation Attendant to join our team. This role focuses on welcoming donors, handling donations efficiently, and delivering great service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Donor Greeter, you will greet donors within 10 seconds, unload donations, report daily donor counts, sort items for processing, and provide world-class customer service to all visitors.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
