Job summary

Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity is seeking a ReStore Donation Handler at our Wilmington, NC location to support donations, testing, cleaning, and maintaining warehouse and store items. You will work with staff to ensure efficient operations and helpful customer service.

Responsibilities include greeting donors, processing donations, assisting buyers, and keeping areas clean and organized. The role requires physical endurance and a commitment to our mission.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity mission.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist them with loading and unloading.
• Test and prep donated items for sale; keep warehouse and store areas clean and organized.
• Issue donation receipts and assist buyers on the floor.
• Ensure furniture and items hit the sales floor in a timely fashion.
• Other duties as assigned by ReStore management.
