Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Kansas, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Processor to maintain the store and respond to donation door duties at the Winfield location. You will perform general maintenance, assist customers, sort donations into categories, and price items for the sales floor.

The role reports to the District Manager and Store Manager, with a focus on safety and community service. The position supports Goodwill’s mission to transform lives through education, training and employment,

Responsibilities

• Sort through donations and place into gender categories.
• Sort all goods brought to the goods area into categories (Household, Games, Toys, Holiday items).
• Hang clothing and textiles on racks and tag with quantity, gender, and date.
• Price items in two places and salvage unusable donations.
• Salvage and label as salvage, price vintage/formal wear for the sales floor.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Follow safety policies and report violations.
• Support the mission statement and accessibility of services and facilities.
