Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Processing Worker I to sort, inspect, clean, price and stock donated goods and assist on the sales floor while delivering excellent service to donors and customers. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with at least 6 months of processing experience or completion of a GISD program.

This role pays $18.00 per hour and offers valuable retail and donation processing experience while supporting Goodwill's mission to provide job readiness and employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented duties including assisting donors and customers.
• Experience with donation processing or completion of GISD program preferred.
• Knowledge of clothing and merchandise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort, Inspect, clean, price and tally donations produced for sales floor.
• Pushes racks and carts to retail floor and assists in stocking the floor and pulling merchandise.
• Opens and closes donations area. Accepts and safeguards donations and keeps processing and donation areas in a clean, safe and organized manner.
• Provides excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Assists truck helpers and drivers to load/unload trucks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
