Qualifications

• Stand, bend and reach.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds; may require assistance for heavier lifts.
• Basic math skills.
• Maintain a positive, neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Guiding Principle: donations processed within 24 hours and flow to sales floor.
• Sort donations into salable, salvage, and trash; place non-salable items accordingly.
• Meet or exceed production goals.
• Price merchandise using baseline guide; mark down exceptional items.
• Keep abreast of brand names, merchandise knowledge, and pricing trends.
• Maintain processing area and equipment in clean, operable condition.
• Perform mark-downs per policy.
• Review recall bulletins to prevent unsafe items from sale.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Attend trainings assigned by team leader/coach.
• Safely move wares totes to/off the sales floor; manage stack heights.
• Other duties as assigned by TLC/ATL.
