Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift Store is seeking a hardworking Supply Chain Associate to handle loading, unloading, and organizing donations. This role supports operations, assists with donation pickups, and helps fill trailers efficiently to maximize storage capacity.

The position requires teamwork, stamina, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Able to follow directions from supervisors and team leaders.
Experience using material handling equipment (MHE) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and organize donations such as clothing, furniture, and other household items.
Fill trailers with donations, ensuring items are stacked and secured to maximize space and efficiency.
Assist drivers on routes for donation pick-ups, helping to load and secure items.
Maintain organized inventory by categorizing and placing items in designated areas.
Support overall thrift store operations by promptly responding to demands and requests.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and productive work processes.
Take direction well and complete tasks accurately to support overall team goals.
Work comfortably in various weather conditions as needed for loading and unloading tasks.
