Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift Store is seeking a hardworking Supply Chain Associate to join our team. This role involves loading, unloading, and organizing donations of clothing, furniture, and household items, and helping fill trailers efficiently.

The position requires teamwork, stamina, and the ability to work fast-paced shifts. Prior experience with material handling equipment is a plus, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment, maintaining a steady pace throughout shifts.

• Reliable and able to take direction well from supervisors and team leaders.
• Experience using MHE (material handling equipment).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize donations such as clothing, furniture, and other household items.
• Fill trailers with donations, ensuring items are stacked and secured to maximize space and efficiency.
• Assist drivers on routes for donation pick-ups, helping to load and secure items.
• Maintain organized inventory by categorizing and placing items in designated areas.
• Support overall thrift store operations by promptly responding to demands and requests.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and productive work processes.
• Take direction well and complete tasks accurately to support overall team goals.
• Work comfortably in various weather conditions as needed for loading and unloading tasks.
