Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Donation Door Attendant to greet donors in a fast-paced environment and deliver top-notch service. You will assist in unloading donation vehicles, sort items into proper containers, and maintain clean donation areas inside and out.

The role demands physical activity, flexibility with schedule including weekends and holidays, and a commitment to ESGW Best Practices.

Qualifications

• Standing, stooping and bending are required for the entire shift.
• Able to lift 20–100 pounds with or without assistance.
• Must tolerate extreme temperature and humidity.
• Physical and mental ability to perform all job duties.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job description

The Donation Door Attendant greets and assists donors in a fast paced environment. Provides top‑notch service to donors. Assists in unloading donation vehicles. Treats donations with respect. Is a self‑starter — stays busy, sorting all donations into proper containers by category. Cleans the donation areas, inside and out. Strives to meet daily goals. Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Must assist in all aspects of operations, as directed.

Requirements

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20‑100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
