Job summary

Savers is seeking a Community Donation Center Manager in Cleveland, OH. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the CDC, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for donors and shoppers.

You’ll supervise Ambassadors, train staff, and promote the Savers brand through community engagement. Responsibilities include donor relations, workflow management, staffing, and maintaining standards across operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in team supervision or management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience presenting information to groups or teams.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and resolve conflicts.
• Customer service oriented with donor focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Community Donation Center (CDC) operations to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming space.
• Manage donation flow from CDC to production rooms and coordinate with managers to balance supply.
• Engage with customers and donors to promote Savers brand and community impact.
• Ensure donations are weighed and recorded accurately; monitor goals and results.
• Lead CDC Ambassadors, schedule shifts, recruit and train new team members.
• Foster a culture rewarding donor service, and align with Savers values and policies.
• Educate team members about Savers brand and community partnerships.
• Drive community outreach and donor engagement to support fundraising and programs.
