The Donation Center Attendant (DCA) serves as the first point of contact for donors at Goodwill Donation Centers and plays a critical role in delivering a world class donor experience. The DCA is responsible for greeting donors promptly and professionally, assisting with the unloading and handling of donated goods, offering donation receipts, sharing our Goodwill mission statement and expressing appreciation for each donation.
The DCA should ensure donations are handled safely and efficiently, maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming donation center, and support accurate donation counting and processing procedures.
