Demonstrates superior customer service at all times. Responsible for accepting or rejecting donations according to Agency policy. Declines unacceptable donations in a friendly, positive manner.Records and maintains donor records accurately. Enters donor count electronically throughout the day.Handles all donated materials in a careful and safe manner to maximize value.Ensures all material containers are properly labeled and scanned into and out of the electronic warehouse management system in a timely and accurate manner.Keeps work area free of safety hazards.
