Job summary

Domino's in the United States is seeking a General Manager who can lead the restaurant, set the example, and drive performance. You will oversee daily operations and ensure the team delivers great pizza and service.

You will handle scheduling, product ordering, training, hiring, and cost and cash controls while building strong customer relations. A profit share bonus is awarded when costs stay within goals, and competitive pay accompanies a flexible schedule.

Job Requirements & Duties

You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant . This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering products, training team members and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to GM's based off controlling costs within goals.
