Domino's Newport is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily store operations and deliver great customer service. You will supervise crew, uphold standards, and ensure smooth ordering, preparation, and delivery during your shift.

This full-time role requires strong math, judgment, and multitasking abilities, plus a positive attitude and reliability. Training is provided, and team members are encouraged to grow within the Domino's network.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
