Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Hailey, Idaho is seeking a full-time Shift Leader to help run daily store operations. You’ll supervise crew, manage opening/closing procedures, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold company policies.

You’ll handle scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and training, with potential for profit-share bonuses based on cost control and performance. Previous restaurant leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Of course, you'll need some skills - judgment, math, and the ability to multitask.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES

You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant . This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering product, training team members and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to GM's based off controlling costs within goals.
