You will ensure all crew members are following policies and procedures, and that every task during your shift is carried out correctly. You must set an example for the team, meet cost controls, inventory targets, and cash handling standards, and maintain excellent customer relations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
