Domino's is hiring an Assistant Manager (Shift Leader) in Seattle. You will oversee the shift, manage crew performance, handle costs, inventory, cash controls and customer relations, and ensure policy compliance.

We look for leadership, math skills, good judgment and multitasking ability. This is a fast-paced, flexible job with opportunities to grow within our Domino's franchise network.

Job Requirements & Duties

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
