Domino is seeking a General Manager to lead a Domino's restaurant in Weiser, Idaho. You will be responsible for all restaurant operations, scheduling, training, and cost control to maximize profitability.

You will hire and develop a team, uphold quality and customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES

You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant . This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering product, training team members and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to GM's based off controlling costs within goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
