JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is seeking a General Manager for a full-time role in Washington. You will oversee all restaurant operations, control costs, manage inventory and cash, and drive customer relations.

You’ll schedule, train, hire and lead your team, with a production bonus opportunity ranging from $400 to $2000. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring judgment, math skills and multitasking.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES

You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant . This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering product, training team members and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to GM's based off controlling costs within goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 18 years or older
• Preferred 1 year of restaurantmanagement experience*
• Must be able to work weekend nights
