Client Service Representative

At Domino’s, a Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. You will take orders, make pizzas, and give customers the best experience possible. You must have an outgoing personality, be efficient and energetic, and be willing to work in a fun and fast‑paced environment. Throughout all interactions, Customer Service Representatives must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products to company standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility.
• Use written, verbal, and telephone skills to give correct instructions and process orders.
• Perform essential functions: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Lift at least 40–50 lbs.
