Job summary

PLAN IT HOME CARE is seeking a Domiciliary Care Assistant to support adults, the elderly or infirm at home, helping them live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible. You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompting, errands and appointments, plus light domestic tasks.

This role emphasizes compassionate, patient‑centered care with clear communication to the Care Manager. No sponsorship is offered for this position and reliability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Helping or supervising client washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing client meals and snacks and feeding or supervising eating and drinking
• Prompting and/or Administering medications
• Cleaning home, laundry, shopping and other domestic duties as needed
• Transporting the client to medical appointments and helping them run errands
• Reporting client progress and any concerns to Care Manager

Domiciliary Care Assistant - No Sponsorship

As a Health Care Assistant you would be required to help adults, elderly or infirmed people enjoy safe, comfortable and relatively independent lives at home. You would assist clients with a range of daily duties, including personal care, meal preparation, feeding, prompting or administering medications, running errands and attending appointments. You would also perform some common domestic tasks on behalf of the client.
