Sierra Vista Child & Family Services in Modesto, CA is seeking a Domestic Violence Facilitator to lead group sessions, provide education, and coordinate with legal and social services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, bilingual Spanish, and driving duties with appropriate licensing. You will maintain records and ensure program compliance in a nonprofit setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology, social work, or related field preferred.
• One year of experience in a treatment setting preferred.
• Experience facilitating group sessions.
• Domestic Violence Facilitator certification preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• A valid California driver’s license is required of staff who have regular driving duties, and the driving record must meet the requirements of their position and be approved by the agency’s insurance company.

• Operate an agency or personal vehicle for work-related activities which may include client visits, meetings, trainings, or other agency-related appointments
• Ensure compliance with driving requirements, including maintaining a valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration, and proof of insurance as required by agency policy.
