Cosm is seeking a dynamic Manager, Dome Operators to oversee the live AV/IT operations of our immersive venue experiences. You will lead a technical team, ensuring flawless execution of high-profile events, demos, and private showcases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, Computer Science, Broadcasting, Audio Production, Film, Television and Digital Media or similar fields.
• At least 3 years of experience leading and developing a technical team in a live entertainment environment.
• Experience with large venue AV technology is a plus.
• Experience in Audio, Lighting, Broadcast, IT, and/or streaming IP video workflows.
• Familiarity with Windows, OBS, Blackmagic, QSYS, DMX lighting, IPTVs, Unreal, Osprey encoders.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cosm display systems during high-profile events, private events, and demos.
• Collaborate across Venue IT, Venue personnel, Technical Directors, and support staff to ensure a Cosmworthy experience.
• Lead, train and motivate the Dome Operator team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Develop an optimized Operator schedule for key events and all venue A/V systems.
• Ensure venue presentation systems are in a constant state of readiness.
• Maintain comprehensive systems knowledge to support events, visiting artists, and guests.
• Contribute feedback to product development to advance tool functionality.
• Become an expert in audio, visual, and lighting systems delivering the Cosm Experience.
• Monitor events and coordinate with AV Operators.
• Log and track issues, perform preventive maintenance, and backups.
• Anticipate challenges, stay proactive, and pivot under pressure for smooth operations.
