Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a CDL-A regional driver for a dedicated regional dry van account based in Ridgefield, WA. The route covers Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California, with an average of 2–4 loads per week and 3–4 stops per load.

Home weekly with a 34-hour reset. Day and night shifts are available, and holiday-season schedules may affect time off. Requirements include valid Class A CDL, minimum 3 months of experience, clean driving record, and a DOT medical card.

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,000
• Average Annual Pay: $104,371
• Top Weekly Pay: $2,600
• Top Annual Pay: $134,155
• Hourly pay based on experience:
• 0–48 months: $29.00–$30.50/hour
• 49–200 months: $31.00/hour
• Safe and on-time bonus available
• $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus
