Off Leash K9 Training LLC in Carmel, CA is seeking a dog trainer to work with dogs ranging from puppies to adults, including behavior-modified cases. The role involves training, public interaction, and occasional travel within the Carmel area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, a smartphone, and social media know-how; a 17-day OLK9 certification is required. Earn 50–70K per year from home with flexibility and purpose.

• Must be able to board at least 2 dogs at home for 14 days.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must have knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Must complete a 17-day certification process at OLK9 Training Facility.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and train dogs from puppy to adult, small and large breeds.
• Work with dogs needing behavior modification (anxiety to aggression).
• Interact with the public professionally.
• Drive to appointments in the Carmel, CA area.
• Pursue continuing education and skill development in training humans and dogs.
• Attend PR events and be self-motivated.

This is a demanding and challenging profession. We need someone that is highly driven to establish professional relationships and be successful.

Minimum job requirements:

• Must reside in or around the Carmel, CA area.
• Must be able to board at least 2 dogs at your residence for 14 days at a time.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone.
• Must have knowledge with Social Media (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc.).
• Must complete a 17day certification process at the OLK9 Training Facility.

Day to day requirements:

• Handling and training small and large breeds from puppy to adult.
• Working with dogs needing behavior modification from anxiety to aggression.
• Interacting with the public in a professional manner.
• Driving to appointments in the Carmel,CA area.
• Continuing education and increasing skill in training, both dogs and human.
• Attend PR events.
• Be self motivated!

The ideal Dog Trainer candidate must have:

Strong work ethic, reliable, honest, and most importantly, a passion for dogs. Computer skills with the ability to create dog training videos. The ability to work during peak traffic periods during weekdays and weekends. Customer service and communication skills are essential.

The right person can easily earn $50-70K/year (or more) working from home, a lot of flexibility, and doing something you love!
