Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must love dogs and be comfortable correcting behavior when necessary.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of dog safety.

Job Summary

Dogtopia is the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services. Our McKinney location is looking for energetic, dependable, and attentive individuals to join our team as Dog Playroom Attendant/Trainer (Canine Coach). This is a hands‑on, active role working directly with dogs in a structured daycare environment and keeping dog safe. The ideal candidate has experience being around dogs of many sizes and breeds, No previous experience necessary, but is a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage large groups of dogs in structured play
• Lead training activities such as group sit, follow-the-leader, and playroom agility
• Monitor safe play and redirect behavior when needed
• Maintain constant attentiveness in a fast‑paced environment
