Qualifications

• 2+ years professional grooming experience and a current pet grooming certification.
• Weekend availability is mandatory.
• Comfortable grooming dogs of different breeds, sizes, coat types, and temperaments.
• Self-starter mentality and eagerness to help build one of Baltimore's best dog care and grooming experiences.
• Strong passion for dog grooming and desire to grow as a groomer and artist.
• Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and teamwork are important.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality grooming services for dogs of all sizes and breeds.
• Prioritize safety, comfort, and well-being of each dog in care.
• Provide exceptional customer service to dogs and their human companions.
• Keep the grooming space clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through Molly's existing daycare, boarding, and training clients.
• Help grow Molly's groom department and maintain our standing as the best in Baltimore.
• Step in to help the rest of the team when not busy.
