Scenthound is seeking a Dog Groomer to provide grooming services and maintain client satisfaction through high-quality care. This role supports the grooming team and requires knowledge of breeds and grooming practices.

The ideal candidate has grooming experience or completed grooming school, with the physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods. A reliable means of transportation is preferred.

Qualificações

• At least one year of grooming experience or graduation from a grooming school.
• Knowledge of dog breeds, care standards, and tools of the trade.
• Strength to lift up to 70 pounds; stamina to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.

Responsabilidades

• Groom to Scenthound standards.
• All we do are puppy cuts; one length all-over with a round, neat face.
• Create an environment conducive to learning, open communication, and teamwork.
• Identify when/ where help is needed and provide assistance to keep Scenter on schedule.
• Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times.
• Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager

About the Position:

The Dog Groomer is an integral position at Scenthound, offering grooming knowledge and providing grooming services to clients.

This Dog Groomer position requires:

• At least one year of grooming experience or graduation from a grooming school


• Knowledge of dog breeds, care standards, and tools of the trade
