Job summary

Scenthound is seeking a dog groomer to join our team in a grooming-focused role. The position emphasizes puppy cuts, maintaining Scenthound standards, and contributing to a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.

The role requires grooming experience or completion of a grooming program, ability to lift 70 pounds, and reliable transportation. Health insurance, PTO, and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Groom to Scenthound standards.
• All we do are puppy cuts; one length all-over with a neat face
• Create an environment conducive to learning, open communication, and teamwork
• Identify when/ where help is needed and provide assistance to keep Scenter on schedule
• Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times
• Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager

The Dog Groomer is an integral position at Scenthound, offering grooming knowledge and providing grooming services to clients.

We are searching for a confident dog groomer who loves to groom dogs! A successful Dog Groomer is knowledgeable, perceptive, patient, adaptable, and a compassionate dog lover! We are looking for a motivated groomer to join our team!

This Dog Groomer position requires:
