Rover Oaks Pet Resort in Houston, part of NVA Pet Resorts, is seeking a Full-Time Dog Daycare Attendant to supervise play sessions and maintain a safe, structured daycare environment. This fast-paced role prioritizes safety, stamina, and attentiveness.

You will be on your feet most of the day, manage pack dynamics, and communicate updates to leadership and pet parents. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Confident supervising groups of dogs.
• Knowledgeable about dog behavior and pack dynamics.
• Physically active and able to stand for long periods.
• Reliable, punctual and team oriented.

Responsabilités

• Supervise group play sessions with multiple dogs.
• Monitor body language and prevent conflicts.
• Redirect inappropriate behavior calmly and confidently.
• Separate dogs when needed.
• Walk dogs to and from play areas.
• Clean and sanitize play yards during shifts.
• Monitor health and report concerns promptly.
• Document playgroup notes and behavior observations.
• Communicate updates to leadership and pet parents.
