NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a Full-Time Dog Daycare Attendant to supervise group play, manage pack dynamics, and ensure a safe, enriching daycare for dogs. This fast-paced role requires focus, stamina, and confidence in a canine-focused environment.

You will monitor body language, redirect behaviors, and maintain clean play areas while reporting health concerns and updates to leadership. This position involves standing for long periods and handling dogs of all sizes in indoor/outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• Know how to supervise multiple dogs and read body language.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious in a fast-paced pet care setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise group play sessions and monitor dog interactions.
• Redirect inappropriate behavior with calm authority and separate dogs as needed.
• Walk dogs to and from play areas and maintain clean, sanitary yards.
• Document playgroup notes and behavior observations for leadership.
