Overview

We are seeking a reliable and passionate individual to join our team as a Dog Daycare Attendant. Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor dogs in playgroups to ensure their safety and well-being
• Engage in interactive play and enrichment activities
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by regularly cleaning kennels, play areas, bathrooms, and common spaces
• Observe and report dog behavior, intervening when necessary to prevent conflicts
• Assist with feeding schedules and provide fresh water to dogs according to their individual needs
• Communicate with pet owners, providing updates on their dog's activities and behavior
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all dogs in our care

Requirements

• Previous experience in animal care (such as veterinary assistant, kennel attendant, or pet sitter) preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic animal behavior and handling techniques
• Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be 18 years or older
