Job summary

Dogtopia is seeking a Canine Coach to lead the playroom for our furry friends in a dynamic, dog‑loving team environment. The role emphasizes safety, fun, and delivering excellent customer service to pet parents, while you grow your skills through on‑the‑job training and certification opportunities.

We welcome energetic, organized individuals who enjoy working with animals and people, with a flexible schedule that may include full-time or part-time hours across our 60+ locations.

Qualifications

• Energetic and organized individual who loves dogs.
• Ability to engage with customers and peers in a friendly manner.
• Willingness to learn and grow in dog-care and service roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead playroom activities for multiple dogs.
• Maintain safety and high standards of care and supervision.
• Engage with pet parents through cameras and updates as needed.
• Support training and certify in basic obedience when applicable.
