Job summary

CAMP BOW WOW in Elmwood Park, NJ is hiring Kennel Attendants / Camp Counselors who are enthusiastic about dogs. You will supervise play areas, ensuring the safety and health of the dogs while maintaining a clean environment. This physically demanding role requires a love for pets and the ability to handle various breeds.

Desired candidates should have prior dog care experience, be at least 18 years old, and be flexible with work hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• First Aid and CPR for dogs required within 60 days of hiring.
• Must be comfortable working with all breeds and sizes of dogs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage indoor/outdoor play yards of up to 25 dogs.
• Conduct regular health checks on campers throughout the day.
• Maintain a highly sanitary environment and conduct cleaning tasks.
